Exam / Consultation / History
A chiropractic exam begins first with a detailed history. Once that is done the physical exam is performed which consists of a variety of tests to determine your current limitations and areas of pain or dysfunction. Various orthopedic and neurological tests are also performed in order to rule out any other problems. The doctors pay special attention to range of motion throughout the spinal column in order to determine where the misalignments in the spine are located. Once the exam is complete the correct diagnosis can be determined and the proper treatment prescribed.  |
